Return Policy

ABC Dental Tools stands behind our highly crafted precision milling tools. In the event of a product defect, ABC Dental Tools will accept a return for evaluation. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from ABC Dental Tools. Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without a return authorization number. Email info@abcdentaltools.com or call (888) 383-6520 for a return authorization number.

All returns must be in their original packaging and should include a copy of the invoice and packing slip. Returned tools will be fully inspected and assessed, If the returned tools failed because of customer mishandling or misuse. In such a case no credit will be issued. If the tools have been deemed defective in the manufacturing process a full credit for the tools will be issued including shipping. ABC Dental Tools reserves the right to decline credit to the customer. ABC Dental Tools does not accept overstock returns.

Errors

ABC Dental Tools cannot be held responsible for incorrect parts made with our products due to mislabeling or defect. We assume all tools used by our customers are inspected before use and that first part inspections in customer’s plant is the rule. We will replace or credit in those situations.
